I don't know if some people here are expecting us to play Beckenbauer and Maldini. No one is perfect in this league or we wouldn't be in it. But man has he put in one hell of a shift when it matters most. Can't say that for a lot of players in recent years. Could be the difference between us going up or not. Well done Hamza

Heart is needed, along with Coady, Hamza usually dies for the cause and I'm a little ill at ease with Winks sometimes. Wilf is still our best holding Mid.

We missed a player like this for the last two seasons. Someone that plays with passion and puts his all in despite not being the most technically gifted.

He was far better out of possession which worked in his favour as we didn't have the most possession today.  They did force a few mistakes from him and have gave a few lazy balls away. It wasn't a perfect performance but it was a gutsy / balsy one, and could define the season.

He's being asked to do an impossible job. 

 

If we flip the positions, it's like asking a striker to play winger too, and then complaining he's not on the end of the cross. 

 

Hamza was outstanding. The manager failed to utilise him correctly
