There’s probably just about enough quality in the squad to sustain an attempt at staying in the division, but all of that is just completely null and void because of the gaffer they’re playing for. You feel like anything good we do is in spite of what the manager has told them to do. 
 

Okoli and Faes probably our best two players and we’ve conceded twice so that tells its own story.

You can't play attacking, exciting football against poor opposition - you might accidently win a game.

Can someone explain what the shape/system is meant to be? I’m normally good at spotting them, but Faes is playing centre mid by the looks, and apart from that, I’m not sure.
