I think Faes is our most disliked player since Dennis Wise.

I think I dislike him more than Wise as a player.  I never liked Wise but only started to hate him after the Davidson incident whereas I’ve hated the way Faes strolls around the pitch for about 3 years now

I think his stock is surprisingly high outside of England, we'll get offers for him

Punjab FC are offering a chicken tikka masala and keema nan for him

I think that's a great deal,.sell sell sell

Him wanting to leave, and us getting a sensible deal over the line is a different story. If we cant get a fee a loan with 100% of his wages covered would be just about acceptable.

The club's track record with either is mediocris

Sums the club up. Ruud selected him even when Okoli played well. We now will lose Okoli when we could have played him and prepared for the championship. Instead we played this joke of a defender who cost us numerous games, blamed everyone else and now wants to leave. Good riddance. Far too late

he will get an extended contract on even MORE money by our great Sporting Director and Faes agent will walk out saying" jackpot" just like when vesty was "awarded" a better contract for all his amazing games!

I wouldn't put it past our bloody board

If a tree falls in a forest and there is nobody there to hear it does it make a noise?

If a club has a scouting system and forgets to use it, would they sign Wout Faes?

Hardly "out of the question" considering there likely isn't a single club that could both afford his wage demands and that wants him.

Reckon he gets a lot more interest then you'd expect, especially if he has an agent pushing to get out

Maybe but who? I can't see that there's anyone.

I think our only bet is a Soumare style loan where we pay the vast majority of his wage.

Different story to last time we were relegated, two further years amortisation off the book, leaves a book value of around 6m.

Makes it much easier to move on and make a profit.

I'm sure he'll be desperately keen to leave - he must know he's not liked.

He can always void his contract.

But we would still hold his registration and wouldn’t release it without compensation
