Seems Chelsea have slapped a £30mill price tag on Petrovic now in wake of interest from Bournemouth.

So Mads price is surely escalating further. Or he becomes an alternative for Bournemouth or Sunderland.

Over rated ,a decent backup keeper at best.

He’s steady and is a bit Ederson like. However I think in a team where he’s under pressure more, he’ll be more end of season for us, rather than he was at the start of the season.

He was carrying an injury the whole time, he should have never come back. He should have had the surgery when he needed it, rather than being put back in and holding off the surgery until the end of the season.

Jakub was in better form during his stint filling in, than Mads was after. It was all kept quiet, but later revealed that Mads was not 100% the whole time. Not only was he not physically fit to compete, imagine the mental impact of that given what we were up against. Really hard to judge him based on incredibly poor man management, but I would be happy to see him leave for 30m because Jakub is solid, especially at championship level.

People have short memories, Hermansen was one of our 3 or 4 player in the first 18 months of he time here.

Injuries have hampered him, form is temporary class is permanent.

Mads is a far, far better keeper than Jakob. I think his injury issues last season are clouding the judgement of the more short sighted members of this forum

I reckon there's probably also a correlation between people who think Stolarczyk is as good as/better than him and people who don't think it's at all important for keepers to be good with their feet

What I hate about modern football. He's going to miss one game if that, why should they be thinking about signing anybody?

I'd just be grateful to have a keeper who first and foremost keeps the ball out of the onion bag. Anything else is a bonus. Is it really too much to ask that with the whole pitch to aim at he doesn't put it into touch or am I expecting too much?

I mean they should defo be looking to buy a new keeper, but because he's shit, not injured.

I think Man U will go for Martinez and villa just signed a replacement.

West ham is the only plausible destination atm

Bizot will be a number 2 there I would’ve thought

Chelsea just got about £100 Million for their world cup win so thats them in the clear for PSR again so hopefully Enzo comes in for Hermansen.

Can’t see him at Chelsea any more. If they want to upgrade on Sanchez it will be for someone more proven/polished IMO.

All down to Enzo then to see if he thinks his ceiling is world class

Chelsea will want world class now I suspect hence why I would say it’s unlikely. If they get a decent keeper they really could be in with a shot at the title.

Nobody wants any of our players for a reason

there’s been lots of interest in our players but as usual, we are expecting too much for some of them. For others, we don’t want to let go of them until the new man is in and has his input.

Chelsea will go for Lucas Chevalier I’d imagine.

He’s levels above Hermansen from what I’ve seen of him. Albeit he’ll be closer to £40m I’d say, whereas Hermansen would make a nice backup keeper for Chelsea at £20m.

Said this a couple months ago.

West Ham can have him for 22.5+ and a sell on clause  IMO

If we can secure anywhere near £60m for Bilal, Mads and Wilf that will be decent and probably give us wriggle room in moving on some of the expensive high earners for lower fees and give us some room to bring in players.
