Just over 3 weeks to personally settle yourself into your new surroundings and a new area to live. 

 

The same goes to professionally settle into the training ground, meet all departments of the club, all new facilities & ways of working, meet all staff, that’s without working with the players and learning their characters, new training methods, tactics, patterns of play, asses strengths and weaknesses, who he wants and who he may not. 


What an absolute shambles and a ram shackled club we have turned out to be - an absolute joke !!!! 
 

And here’s the best bit whose fault is it going to be ? when we kick off and we don’t hit the ground running because the guy hasn’t been given the opportunity and time to implement his ideas, as once again everything is too slow and too late, he will be another lamb to the slaughter !!! 
And he will take the blame just like the ones before him.

In my opinion a lot more exciting appointment than a Dyche, Wilder or O’Neill, I think a far better fit for our squad and the number of talented academy players coming through. I am genuinely really pleased by this and think he has a really high ceiling, is giving me Nigel and Enzo vibes. 
 

Welcome Marti really hope you are a roaring success. This is a first step in the right direction and hopefully the start of a new positive chapter in our history.

Have some respect — those are chinos/trousers with a drawstring, not trackies. I suggest you get yourself to a Mediterranean retailer like Mango or Zara and educate yourself.

It sounds quite similar to Enzo. Did well, but the style started to grate towards the end.

 

I’m hopeful that a couple of seasons with QPR will have knocked some of the total football idealism out of him.
