Sorted the problems at half time after an awful first half. 
 

Ricardo is the best player in the division by a million miles. I will happily sell my soul to the devil to keep him fit for the season.

a little bit of quality changed everything, Winks and Ricardo in a class of their own.

This season is going to be much more of a scrap than our last Championship season. On a day we didn't play well, had a red card, and scored an OG, we managed to take a point home.

Credit to Marti. Changed it up with the circumstances of what happened in the first half.

 

Other than that though, absolutely shit. Should be controlling these games from the off not being all over the place leaving gaps for the counter and ridiculous challenges. Looked rubbish .. jakub piss poor today

I thought Marti was brilliant at half time and through out the second half. Tactically, he won the second half with his changes. I loved that he got legs on early to keep us physically in the game. 

 

Don't get me wrong the 1st half was a rubbish but I'm pleased we have a manager that can adapt in game. A point won rather than 2 lost after the first half.

I like Marti, he's saying all the right things, but what is his obsession with Jordan ****ing Ayew? should be removed for not suiting the game state the moment the red came out, instead sticks with him right to the 90 and then brings on Bobby Reid?

 

Needs to be the end of the Skippmare experiment. Soumare has one good game in ten and Skipp looks like a competition winner.

Will take the point but we were horrible again. Going to go and enjoy the rest of my weekend rather than get angry about things but Cifuentes is as much a work in progress here as the players.

 

Some extremely kiffy decisions he's making. But I love the way we scrap.

A lot of fans won't bring themselves to admit it but a point away from home with 10 men for 3 quarters of it is a decent result. Even against Oxford. 

 

Plenty of questions for Marti. If he's happy to bring Winks on at half time, he should be starting and Ricardo should start every time. 

 

Not a huge show of faith in the new striker but maybe not the game for him.

Kudos for that 2nd half performance. Well done Marti for changing i t around, but please never that outfit again.

The Soumare and Skipp experiment just has to stop. 

2-2 goal was beautiful and then we just never talk about the rest of that game.

Previous seasons a goal down and a man down at half time we would have capitulated and lost, instead we have given it a decent go in the 2nd half and certainly deserved a point. 
 

We have a manager who’s in game management and subs often make an impact. 
 

A point gained given we played 3/4 of the game with 10 men, but in reality had we kept 11 on the pitch it’s a game you expect to win comfortably. 
 

Work rate and use of the ball in the 2nd half was excellent. The performances of Riccy, Winks, JJ bodes well moving forward.

Shaky first half and silly tackle from Ramsey. But good changes from Marti to rescue a point. Class from Ricardo once again. We look so much better when he's playing

Let’s just take a breath shall we……

 

 

First half was an abomination, however, I maintain it wasn’t a red card, and that arguably ruined the game. 
 

We weren’t brilliant before that, but we were by no means dreadful. 
 

Second half, a hell of a lot better…. What is clear is Winks and James need to be the midfield two going forward. Even Mardy Winks is too good for this league. 
 

Given the circumstances this isn’t a bad result, I’m bitterly disappointed we couldn’t beat them, because they’re by far the worst team we’ve played so far this season. 
 

It’s now time to sort the line up out, I can understand why he stuck with Skipp and Soumare, because Oxford are a physical team, but, it is clear that they’re not good enough to be starting games. 
 

Overall pissed off, because it’s a game we should be easily winning….. however, given the fact we were down to ten men, I’ll take the point. 
 

Second half much better, and that needs to be a core of our starting 11 going forward. 
 

 

The beauty of games like today, is you can see where we are weak and where we are strong, and the two halves even down to ten men were light and day. 
 

Weaknesses are good, because it offers the opportunity to improve, and we’re definitely better than this.

I think now the widow has shut he might start putting winks and Faes in from the start over the next few games . Get James starting as well as ricardo and get a settled team I think we will beat most teams quite comfortably . Decent point in the end after going down to ten men .
