He looks like he's got more balance in him and wasn't so easily knocked over.

On the ball, he is by far the best player.

I wouldn't say he is far better on the ball than Braybrooke or Alves. Braybrooke in particular had the ball glued to his feet against MK dons.

A decent agent will tell him to do the Morgan Rodgers thing - make your name in a lower league, build yourself up and be the main guy. A terrible agent will have him joining a Super League 6 reserve side and getting shitloads of cash but 4 Carabao appearances before being farmed out to Bristol City on loan.

We're insane if we sell him, he's the only player we have who can play as a 6 in RMs tactics.

Promotion rests on us keeping him IMO

Clearly a class act. Still has a lot of learning to do though. Just boot it out at 2-0 on the 92nd min!

if he stays and plays all season, that will do him the world of good over a move to United.

Says a lot about his character that he’s just got on with whatever the club/RM have asked him to do, a lot of players would sulk and say they aren’t playing when a move like that gets turned down.

'Khun Top' FFS

But back to theme, from a pure business perspective alone, the decision is correct. The lad is absolute class and will soon add 30m to the book value of the club.

Ability wise, he’s our best player.

Can take it on the turn, punches passes into people, glides across the turf.

Glad we’ve kept him but it’s just a stay of execution. Unless we are taken over by someone with deep pockets by January (we won’t be), he’ll be snapped up by someone then.

Fantastic vision and weight of pass for his age. A full season in L1 will do him the world of good.

Good head on his shoulder as well, would have been easy to be distracted by all the off field stuff.

Elegant player.

Just our best player in general tbh. Needs 45 appearances this season.

Will play at a very very high level. To think Skipp kept him out the side ffs, I don’t know if it had something to do with Man Utd’s interest but christ, he’s already far superior.
