Both of those apply to me. Joined when we bought Stearman off you. I also work in Coalville so know plenty of Leicester fans.

Ultimately it's just another discussion forum. I rarely venture into the Leicester section.

Terribly sorry for this heart breaking news.

When people say this to me I sometimes answer back "Well actually, now you come to mention it, yes, I do know what you mean"

And then they look at me like I'm an alien..

I work with this fvcking thick woman who crams "obviously" into every sentence, even when she's talking about stuff that is far from obvious.

Is it actually though?

My eldest is constantly responding with those 4 words to anything I tell her.

‘It’s going to rain all day tomorrow’

’Is it actually though?’

’Leicester won the Premier League you know’

’Did they actually though?’

Does my swede in!!

Yeah I used to slate people for such things, its v grinding, until I realised I drop so many prepositions in speech that now I feel bad daring to be annoyed by it

Admittedly its not that expensive to hire. Just think it isn't needed given the amount I've spent already over the degree.

I think you're doing well.

You have a 12 yo daughter that actually speaks to her parents about her day rather than a shrug or a grunt.

Forgive me ignorance as I have absolutely no idea about how uni works. Do.you have to.go.to.the graduation ceremony?

No, you can opt to not go and you get your degree through the post.

It's just the big ceremony at the end where you formally get presented with it. Almost like skipping the trophy presentation of a cup win.

Know loads who didnt go to theirs. I was the first in my immediate family to go to uni so went to the undergrad graduation for my mum and dad's sake really more than my own.

Didnt bother going to my masters one.

Good excuse to catch up with people albeit most go home with their folks aftewards rather than sticking around for a piss up.
