Parents who take young children on flights that aren't short. If your kid can't keep reasonably quiet and not kick the back of people's chairs they shouldn't be going on any flight over 2 hours imo.

People who fly economy long haul and think they own the bloody plane or something.  They have just as much right to be there as you.

If the kids are well behaved then fine, the key word being IF.

Corporate marketing dressed up as social responsibility.

Diageo (who make products which would be regarded as a Class A Drug if invented today) and Cash Converter (a store where people can trade stolen good for cash) have cancelled their sponsorships with London Irish rugby on 'moral grounds' given their signing of Paddy Jackson, found not guilty of rape but still has a bad rep publicly.

Regardless of what you think of the Paddy Jackson case last year, its definitely a nice bit of media marketing for the aforementioned companies to drop their sponsorships. Also, its funny how Diageo seems to turn a blind eye to dropping their sponsorship of Britain's Got Talent despite it being hosted by a

convicted drink driver albeit a more affable character in the public eye.

How is expecting to be able to sit in my seat without it being kicked for 4 hours straight thinking I own the plane?lol  Just expect parents to be able to control their kids a bit before taking them on a fairly long flight :dunno:

Well yes in that case a little irritating.  Perhaps I have misjudged you, and grouped you with those who think children should be silent on a plane, never cry or wander around when they get bored.  We were all young once!  (And some of us are married to Australians and have two kids)

Young parents who swear in front of their children.

Strange conspiracy theories about disasters/events, despite most of the 'normal' people remembering them know what actually happened and by what/whom.

It's not just young parents. Anyone who uses '****ing' as their default adjective should really work harder on their communication skills. There approximately 42,000 adjectives currently in use in English, so there are plenty of others to choose from.

I always said I’d never swear in front of my kids yet I’m as guilty as anyone.

Despite my best attempts to control it, I’m ashamed to say my potty mouth runs away with me sometimes in front of them.

I hate myself for it afterwards and I really shouldn’t let them wind me up like they do.

I’ll never criticise patent for swearing in front of their kids because nothing pushes your buttons like your own kids can.

My daughter is 30 and still remembers the one time i said FVCK infront of her....we were towing a trailer with a dog kennel along a highway at 100kph... suddenly the roof ripped off the kennel and blew across the road, as i heard it, and then saw in my mirror... the "word" escaped lol

Trump and Johnson apologists.

During Donald Trump's presidency, IS has been destroyed, the threat from North Korea has been reduced, and he's trying to stop the illegal immigration of America currently running at 130,000 people per month from Mexico. Would Trump's detractors prefer it if he hadn't addressed these issues?

IS was already in decline at the hands of an international coalition.

North Korea is acting marginally less belligerently because they now have nuclear weapons.

Trump separates young children from their families and imprisons them.

It's the laziness of it I don't like, think of a better word.

I still never swear in front of my parents and try my best not to do so in public.

I do often fail though.

Not at all.

They perhaps would just rather he also address his ambivalence about children being separated from their parents and being put into cages, various states under his executive power seeking to rob women of the right to choose, a steep rise in threats and actual attacks on minority groups by people who claim to follow him, and (most importantly) a culture of total ignorance with respect to how humans are changing the climate of this planet and the consequences that could result from it.

I don't swear in front of my kids, unless they drive me to edge of insanity.

I did accidently drop a c-bomb in front my mates kids though and he determined to return the favour.

Swearing adds so much to a sentence. It’s so expressive. It’s fvcking brilliant.

Seriously, anyone who is offended by hearing another person swear needs to get a grip. I mean, hearing a mum telling her 2 year old to ‘shut your fvcking mouth you cheeky little cnut!!’ is a bit excessive and unnecessary, and if that’s what you meant wymsey then fair enough. But in general, swearing is straight to the point, and you know exactly what the person means when they say it.
