Fast food companies like Mcdonald's, KFC n Burger king putting BBQ sauce in burgers to play it safe. When was the last time someone had chips and thought wow i need BBQ sauce with these?

Sauces greater than BBQ on chips: Ketchup, Brown, Mustard, fruity, Gravy, chilli, flavoured mayo's i.e siracha/garlic, curry, worcestershire (you'll thank me later!).

think i could live without a phone a mobile especially, i bet you wouldn't get half as stressed in your day to day life.

 

sometimes my phone will be off all day, the moment i switch it on withing 30 seconds someone is ringing. might bin it soon

Influencers are nothing new, before the advent of smartphones and social media it’s exactly how being a socialite functions: come from a medium to high income background (which allows for plenty of free time and expensive tastes), get known in the fashionable circles, make a living selling brands to people who wish they were everything you are that they’re not. It’s made what used to be the realm of the super wealthy or famous in copies of Cosmopolitan or Heat more accessible to the middle class youth. 
 

People will moan about it, but they’re still stick their sprogs in front of screens the entirety of their developmental years and wonder why their kids are sucked into the world of influencers and why they have a whole portfolio of mental health issues and insecurities. 
 

Limit screen time (but not severely, unless you’re Amish), take your kids out the house, most importantly teach them there’s much more to life than social media and what they see on there often isn’t the full picture. You’ll likely never separate your child from social media (and in this day and age, that may be malignant to their social development) but hopefully they’ll get a healthy understanding of the difference between social media and reality.
