Lambert09 Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Me and my mates made a last minute decision at 4 to make the 2 and a half hour journey from Hull, one of the best decisions we've ever made. Ive converted another 3 lads to Leicester fans after that game. I wonder how long it will take them to realise our games arent always like that
ozleicester Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 What a brilliant result, its fantastic to see/hear the self belief that the team has. wish i was there
Guest Col city fan Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 So happy to be a City fan at present. Second in the league and into the last 16 of the cup! Fookin brilliant effort. Lloyd Dyer is having the season of his life!

AmyLGK Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Lloyds celebration is immense...passssssiiiooonnn! Anyway, what a game.never expected to hear that! I scared the crap out of my cats when our fourth went in! Just awesome! I reckon Nigel can see better from in the stands...he's making some amazing tactical decisions these days
Bert Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 They had the goal cam Saturday but it was too close to go the goal. Much better last night.
bovril Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Really enjoyed that! THIS is why we try and get through in the cup. For those who said earlier in the season v Carlisle or Derby "I don't care", this is what cup football is all about, nights like these. I've held a grudge against Fulham since they fluked past us those two consecutive years and last night was sweet, very sweet. So happy to be a City fan at present. Me too. I've supported them long enough to know we'll probably mess it up at the end of the season. But as long as we're playing attacking football with a bit of quality and fight, I'm happy.
MC Prussian Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Judging by the goal cam compilation, Stekelenburg didn't seem particularly interested or up for it last night. Could be a case of giving a false impression, but he looked rather lethargic for an alleged World Class goalkeeper...
LCFC FOX Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 The whole ground was bouncing after Dyers winner (yes even the west stand) was great to witness that and the game
LCFC FOX Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Miquel also proved me wrong tonight, I will hold my hands up. Quality little player and if he keeps that up he will be a top CB
Callabinho Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 How shit must they be, we scored more than two....
MattyFromLE Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 What makes it even sweeter, is the fact that the Fulham fans were singing "That's why you're Championship" after they went 1-0 up. Mwahahahahaaa!
Kitchandro Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Why did Miquel run down tunnel? Needed a shit?
Hollism Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Lloyds celebration is immense...passssssiiiooonnn! Anyway, what a game.never expected to hear that! I scared the crap out of my cats when our fourth went in! Just awesome! I reckon Nigel can see better from in the stands...he's making some amazing tactical decisions these days "He sits where he wants, he sit where he waaaaaants..." What an incredible game! Nearly didn't go as well. Atmosphere was insanely good; reminiscent of Watford in the play offs. I'm hoping that we get a home tie (second to United or Spurs away) and then get a decent gate regardless of who we get.
Bayfox Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Man united home please! Are the semis played at Wembley? no, semis in League cup are normally 2 legs.
Webbo Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Did anyone else notice Knocky swapped his shirt with Bryan Ruiz? Ruiz must have been so chuffed to get his hands on a Leicester shirt.
foxfanazer Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 If Wood had have scored that one where he let it bounce a few times then acrobatically volleyed it.......
Simi Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Fully deserved win. Fulham started well and you could see the difference in quality but once we got settled in and took control of the game we more than matched them. Mainly down to Drinkwater, James and Hammond, they got at Fulham's midfield and dictated the pace of the game for us. Absolutely chuffed with the win, now please can we draw Stoke away and get revenge for them being a bunch of *****.

If we can't drag in a good crowd for a quarter final then something is seriously wrong. Stick the same price on that game as they did this one and fill the place because I think at those prices we'd probably fill it against nearly anyone still left.
CosbehFox Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Did anyone else notice Knocky swapped his shirt with Bryan Ruiz? Ruiz must have been so chuffed to get his hands on a Leicester shirt. Ruiz got the shirt of a potential Premier League superstar within the next 5 years!
suffolk fox Posted 30 October 2013 Posted 30 October 2013 Don't want to pee on anyones parade but i bet we get bloody Stoke away!
