Adster Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/leicester-plotting-10million-swoop-burnley-8223017 Ummmmm...
mozartfox Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 Might as well give them Mahrez and a bottle of Captain Morgan for George Boyd while we are at it.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 He's been here before of course... I'm pretty sure we've had a long standing interest.
filbertway Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 I want this to happen just to see scouse have a mental breakdown.
AKCJ Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 He's progressed a heck of a lot at Burney, as has Ben Mee.
st albans fox Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 There is a competent player in there somewhere. But do we need better than competent now?
DB11 Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 There is a competent player in there somewhere. But do we need better than competent now? Individually most of our players that just won us the league were only rated as 'competent' - competent players in a good system works
StanSP Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 He's progressed a heck of a lot at Burney, as has Ben Mee. not to the extent he's worth £10m! Would hope we dodge this!
LCFC FOX Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 No thanks, I know he would have improved but he was one of the main reasons we conceded quite a few when he was on loan with us. Championship clubs targeted him so just imagine premier league clubs. Zlatan would score six
lgfualol Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 Christ I hope this is just usual mirror bullshit else we're ****ed next season if we've resorted to burnley players
VLC86 Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 Decent player who will no doubt be back up and happy to be but £10 million is a bit steep.
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 Some of you lot need to get your head out your arse. He was a good player when he was here 3 years ago, since then he has developed with a side that knows what it's doing defensively and, while managing to be an unbelievable cockend, Dyche is a half decent coach. The coaching staff know what he is like professionally and personally and if they like what they see it's as close as a risk free transfer as possible. It's not my money so I'm all for it if the link is correct.

It was no surprise to me that United sold him
Gerard Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 We offered £15m for Dragovic in January, it never happened because Dinamo Kiev wanted £25m Dragovic goes to Bayer Leverkusen for £11m this summer and we bid £10m for Michael Keane. You couldn't make it up, well you could actually and the Daily Mirror probably have.
Foxes1 Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 What has happened to the deal to bring Hernandez here thought he was back up for Morgan and Huth.
Jobyfox Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 I thought he had the makings of a good player when we had him and has surely improved. However, I don't think £10m sounds like a sound investment. I hear the "it's not my money" argument, but for that money we can surely get somebody more developed or with more potential. As PL champions and as a CL club we can surely attract better? It's a no from me!
mozartfox Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 I think we dodged a bullit with Dragovic. Hinteregger is better as Fuchs will doubtless confirm.

Championship clubs targeted him so just imagine premier league clubs. Zlatan would score six That was his first stint of proper professional football anywhere. Defenders thrive on experience, he will have improved no end since then - what you should consider is whether he had the raw attributes then, not his overall effectiveness / performance.
