Genuinely don't get why people aren't understanding us not wanting to strengthen a rival. We are currently the most out of form team in the league and are in serious danger of being relegated. If we give Sunderland a striker that can score them 10 goals in the second half of the season and keep them up, that will single-handedly be the worst piece of business we have ever done. We don't need £8m, we do need premier league survival.

Houdini Logic Posted 31 January 2017 Posted 31 January 2017 I understand the argument about selling to your rivals (league wise) but to be fair if we can take all the money they have available and leave them with Ulloa, and no funds to buy anyone else/better, then I would personally say that's a pretty shrewd move
