Wymsey Posted 11 July 2017 Posted 11 July 2017 Can see the Tottenham rumours being false which were created from a troll and others believed it and spread it further.
dannythefox Posted 11 July 2017 Posted 11 July 2017 Like City would sell him to them it's a rival they'll both be near the top this season. He will start every week for us he won't start for Spurs.

Finnegan Posted 11 July 2017 Posted 11 July 2017 On the bright side, it might get a few Spuds hopes up and will rustle their jimmies when he "chooses Leicester." Trollface.jpg

RODNEY FERNIO Posted 11 July 2017 Posted 11 July 2017 Quotes from a Spurs forum : Great player and if it meant p...... Leicester off then its a yes from me. If we were to match Leicester's bid surely he's choose us rather than those cheating thugs HATE SPURS WITH A PASSION
ARM1968 Posted 11 July 2017 Posted 11 July 2017 Spurs are an entitled bunch of pricks destined to always fall short. Don't hate them. Pity them and their stupidity.

If we were to match Leicester's bid surely he's choose us rather than those cheating thugs HATE SPURS WITH A PASSION Just remember that Spurs last won the league in 1961. We last won the league in 2016. You'd have to be a pensioner to properly remember Spurs winning the league. Everyone can remember Leicester doing so. Just remember that, smile condescendingly at them and chill your blood pressure.
Guest BlueBrett Posted 11 July 2017 Posted 11 July 2017 The whole 'makeweight' thing doesn't really make sense. Why would Spurs coming in for a player City have effectively already offloaded have any bearing on City's proposed acquisition of a Spurs player? Sure if it was someone they were struggling to get rid of, or if there was another Spurs player involved rather than a City one I could probably see the logic, but interrupting two deals that seem to have been progressing fine with a last minute part ex proposal would surely be counterproductive rather than something that would be any kind of catalyst. I'm still worried though Been dreading the gazump this whole time
Ric Flair Posted 11 July 2017 Posted 11 July 2017 Dani Alves is to make a decision on whether to join Man City or PSG today. If he chooses Man City which Pep is very confident he will do, then they'll not be going in for Walker anyway.

Why they would consider paying 50 mill for Walker is pretty staggering in itself

cc_star Posted 11 July 2017 Posted 11 July 2017 Another Nigerian though, can we play half our PL fixtures through the summer
crisp packet Posted 11 July 2017 Posted 11 July 2017 http://allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=23727 saying rejected Monaco, wants a passport.
surrifox Posted 11 July 2017 Posted 11 July 2017 spurs are probably worried at seeing the prospect of walker going for 50 mill slip away. They already have a decent replacement in Trippier and City were the only club interested at that price so this is possibly a last ditch effort to keep the deal alive. Reports from Nigeria are that Nacho he has turned down a very big money move to Monaco who offered City 35 million and 5 million a year in wages so he clearly wants to come here.. oops CP has just posted the article
