Mahrez to .......................?

Recommended Posts

Mahrez really need to sack his agent. He has been made to look a tool. Just hoping, that he wants to prove a point now and play out of his skin for a January move.

I guess you've never played ping pong then. You've no idea about that either.

Well not doubles or Around the World

How is it good for us?  I would rather he was playing, increases his probability of staying!

Riyad struggles a bit after the international breaks, so its good to have him fully fit and avoid any chance of him getting injured.

Good news for the club

Don't see how this is good news at all. presumably he's now not in the 'right place' to play mentally.

Utter fiasco all round. Key match for Algeria isn't it?

Sounds like "gtfo, next time think twice before making us look like fools". Wether it's hs agent or he knew what's going on, that's two terrible days for him.

Could also be Mahrez being sour over the Algerian tweet and making him look foolish.

I'm assuming now, he comes back, plays well and all is forgotten?

Well, his agent has not got him sold to another club which, for us, is brilliant. Long may he keep his agent.

But he's made him look like a bit of a dick though hasn't he.

Sounds like potential toys being thrown, It's nothing to do with Algeria, it's not their fault, tbh it's not ours, no-one was interested in putting a serious bid in, but it sounds like theres a potential 'my heads not in the right place' situation brewing to me.

If my suspicions are correct that certainly isn't going to get him a move!

I'm ecstatic he's staying but his mindset after what's happened is a small concern. He's seemed right up for the season with us so far, I hope he's able to get over whatever disappointment he's feeling quickly.

Because he was desperate to leave, the true test will be the next few games

The environment in here is really toxic, and I am sad for Mahrez to have to live with it any longer!

This crowd is rude ( with some exceptions of course), and does not deserve his talent nor his status of the Best Player of the Year. They compare his last season to Coutinho's or Hazard's!!! If at least they had the dignity and courage to acknowledge that the whole squad is a Championship level squad at best (with 1/2 exceptions), plus all the pressure and burden he had to handle to create the game while being asked to drop back to help a shameful porous back and mid- defense.

I only wish for Riyad to keep up with his art and class till January, and move on from this place! Time will tell .. and will prove his value somewhere more recognizant than these masses.

And hopefully you and your "blind followers" will fcuk off there with him and leave us Leicester City Football Club supporters to follow our club......we don't feel the need to try to crawl up the asshole of any of our individual players, it's a fcuking team game.

We've all done it.

Over the moon he is staying. He just needs to focus. For whatever reason he has, he needs to have the best three months of his career. Still can't believe no one took a punt on him.

So are you saying footballers have to choose either the red pill or the blue pill?

That's the only sense i can make out of that!

Blue works for me everytime ??

They should have asked for our permission before they released him from international duty.  Seems to me mahrez new exactly what he was going to do once he was away from the club

Four and a half hours to the Spanish transfer closing, why are we posting that he is staying?

Phillipe Coutinho is still at Liverpool, the Barcelona director responsible for procurement is under pressure, as a way of appeasement Mahrez is surely a target.

Unless I have missed something, he could still be gone come midnight.

The reason is he plays for Leicester!!

Comparing Gerrard and Hazard the past seasons with Mahrez is to my humble opinion an insult to the guy. Compare apples to apples for God's sake. Gerrard and Hazard were surrounded by world class and recognized talented athletes. Mahrez was surrounded by whom??? huh? This is soccer not ping pong. A talented player needs still a solid matrix around to flourish and bloom.

It's spelt, Huth and okazaki;)

Yes, clearly he now will come back and all will be forgotten. The fickleness of football fans, it seems, knows no bounds.
