Every single one of them could look disinterested. And love them as I do, not one was as gifted as the wonderful Mahrez. Simply the most astonishingly talented player I've seen in 50+ years. Mahrez to...stay!??

It's up to Mahrez now, from POTY just over a year a go and 7th in the Balon d'Or the football world has spoken. No club of any real stature want him and Roma are trying to buy him for pocket change. He either ups his game to get his move or just fades away to be known as the ultimate one season wonder. Mahrez has more to lose than Leicester City.

Fair play to the owners for sticking to their guns but if his performances continue in the same way as Fridays then dropping him will be the next step which is then a slippery slope for Mahrez.
