In terms of living and working somewhere, the climate in the UK is pretty much spot on for me.

Everywhere else is either too warm to work in or too cold to enjoy.

Isn't this the exact climate in the UK apart from the more temperate seasons of spring and autumn?

Rosie Jones is a rubbish comedian. No denying her bravery in living and succeeding with her condition, she's remarkable in that respect and for that, she has a lot of admiration. But as a stand-up, she's no great shakes.

Applies for most of the women comedians on Tele these days tbf

The UK is too cold in winter for me. I hate the cold so would happily live somewhere more temperate all year round.

You barely need a big coat most of the time in the UK during the winter, thinking it’s too cold here is mental

It's the darkness in the winter that I don't like.

I like UK weather from April-October but when it's dark by 3.30pm just feels like day is over as soon as you're home from work.

That said I don't mind the weather here, I don't think I'd enjoy one of those countries where it's hot all the time. Just wish we got more daylight in the winter.

Anything under 10 degrees and it's shite. As soon as it gets near freezing I'd rather just stay indoors until the spring.

I could never understand why people stayed around in winter - it's truly miserable and people kind of go into hibernation mode.

When I was younger I spent about a decade of buggering off to warmer climes in the winter and enjoying the summers here...)then got married, was told to grow up, get a proper job, etc which kind of put paid to it).

Saying that, I've spent a couple of winters in Austria and they just crack on with life, whatever the season or weather - none of this hiding away til spring thing that we do!    :colder:

Sweet Caroline is cringey and annoying as Fuch. no Idea why it's so popular/widely used at sports events.

I blame Eddie Hearn and his Matchroom lot.

I play it a lot at DJ gigs (I'm cringey and annoying so it's okay) and everyone sings along.

It's great seeing people have fun, especially after the last year or two.

As a pro DJ, I hope you segue into this.....

Fair enough it's not sing a longs i have a proplem with more that song in particular. Live forever for example at fan club was always a banging few minutes. But I very much seem to be in the minority on this and I go to a lot of boxing so looks like a grumpy old fucher for a while yet. Out of interest Where do you draw the line as a professional dj? YMCA? Agadoo? Saturday night? Is there anything you won't play?

When I was a "pro" DJ back in the day working residencies in nightclubs in Leicester, I'd play anything that got people on the dance floor and back to the club the next night or next weekend, otherwise I'd face the sack. I did 4 years at Grannies. One of the longest residencies of the club back then (1977-1981). I must've got something right.

If you diss things like YMCA which is one the greatest dancefloor fillers and continues to be so, then your missing the appeal.

Unless you're final question was tongue-in-cheek.
