Yessss, we'll forget what a shitefest this was when we head down Wembley Way in our blue and white clown wigs waving our tin foil trophy replicas. The history books will show we won (the history book of the shittyist games ever staged), no injuries, an angry Hughes, happy days. Fair play to those who braved it.

 

Just a thought, we don't have to beat Man City in 90 mins, 0-0, pens, on we go. Just the small matter of Aguero, Mahrez, Silva, Sterling, Sane, Jesus to keep out.

Lot of focus will be on the shootout save but Ward pulled out a top save to tip the free-kick on to the bar from Gabbiadini I think. Didn't see a replay of the free-kick but looked like he got a finger-tip on to it!
