I have no doubt he’s a nice guy. I never said he’s a bad person. He’s just been a terrible signing for the moment he signed football wise. He was never going to break into the first eleven and paid a fortune to just sit and watch from his armchair. I hope he does well at forest but I’m glad he’s gone so we can put the wages to better use elsewhere.

He was fine. Don't get the hate for him. He was decent cover for a 5th choice centre-back and held his own in the Champions League quarter final when he was forced into the limelight.

 

Absolutely nothing like one of the worst players or worst signings we've ever made. He was a decent squad player for us overall.

 

No reason he can't be very good at Championship level either. I wish him well.
