Guest Mee-9 Posted 10 February 2019 Posted 10 February 2019 That interview with Peter Schmeichel says it all. Kasper's obviously not happy with Puel.

At the end of the day we have a manager who has only taken us to 12th spot at the moment. David, I was going to put you on ignore but I don’t want to miss your first ever positive post.

If Caspar doesn't like it he can leave for me. He's influential but he's not the manager and get paid a lot of money to do his job. Know it all players have allegedly been our previous downfall so for me, even if it's Caspar or Vardy they're better off gone. We can't keep getting rid of managers on the say so of a few now age declining players. Just possibly very unpopular opinion.

FLAN Posted 10 February 2019 Posted 10 February 2019 Did any of the pundits ask why the manager allowed a player to walk on and take a penalty as their first touch? If he didn’t tell Vardy not to take it hes as much to blame as Vardy
oxtonfox Posted 10 February 2019 Posted 10 February 2019 Got to take back my criticism from before the game about the team. We played well just need to finish the chances; starting with the penalties since we missed two in a row now and had a miserable shoot out vs Man City.
RowlattsFox Posted 10 February 2019 Posted 10 February 2019 So the usual suspects aren’t happy with Puel. Kasper is definitely replaceable anyway.

hejammy Posted 10 February 2019 Posted 10 February 2019 It's quite obvious, the old guard, Schmeichel, Morgan, Vards etc don't like the fact that the team is changing and he's bringing in the 'young guns'. They've had the power for far too long and now Puel doesn't care about player power, they don't like it. Shame really.

A lot of things get said by players relatives\Agents, Kasper has been brilliant for us no doubt about it but I would say out of all our “big players” he would be the easiest to replace.

I could agree with this is the team was still in the top 8 but the currently we are on a downward trajectory ans struggle to up our games against the lesser teams

Yes he is not perfect but he has had a lot of sh*t players at the club and slowly getting rid of the deadwood. Telli looks a class signing.

If there is no respect for the manager, then there is a reason for that He probably hasn’t shown any manager any respect apart from Pearson , think it’s time for him to move
SheppyFox Posted 10 February 2019 Posted 10 February 2019 Can’t all you nay sayers see how close we are to creating something really special? We’re competing well against the best teams in the country and we’re fielding really young sides. It really isn’t that hard to see is it?

So basically Kasper would ditch us for a bigger club right away if he could, but can't because they have better Keeper's. Still wants to dictate who should be the manager though. I love Kasper but this isn't good in any way.
