What if we never got the second pen and Vardy made a late challenge and got sent off? All cos VAR got it wrong for the first one. Shit like that could cost us European football or even the league! If there wasn’t VAR, Vardy’s yellow card and no penalty would have stood anyway, because that was the ref’s original decision. And maybe without the anger around VAR he wouldn’t have been as pressured to give us that soft 2nd pen to make up for his own blatant error.
KingsX Posted 5 December 2019 Posted 5 December 2019 I wonder what David Luiz was put on earth to do. He certainly has no usefulness on a football pitch.
urban fox Posted 5 December 2019 Posted 5 December 2019 c'mon Brighton get in! Just loving how all these so called big clubs are having a mare of a season. Loving that arsenal fan there(the young lady with the hat on) giving it out big time. would have loved to have heard what she was saying. didn't look happy bless her.

Poznan34 Posted 5 December 2019 Posted 5 December 2019 Arsenal are a mess. Highest season ticket prices in the world and they're absolute bobbins. £70m for Pepe, is he much better than Harvey Barnes?
Chester Dontlie Posted 5 December 2019 Posted 5 December 2019 I was hoping to go to bed early, but I think I won't be able to resist the temptation of watching a bit of Arsenal Fan TV, blud
Remember Kember Posted 5 December 2019 Posted 5 December 2019 How is that a foul. Pepe went down as if shot
Mark Posted 5 December 2019 Posted 5 December 2019 Brighton just had two injures to central defenders, with Arsenal about to take a corner the physio came on for both but neither had to go off to come back on again. First time I’ve ever seen a team let off but why?
oadby.fox Posted 5 December 2019 Posted 5 December 2019 What’s the worst defensive partnership in the league? Sokratis and Luiz Sokratis and Mustafi or Mustafi and Luiz

VAR just refused to overturn it, but it does beg the question as to exactly what constitutes clear and obvious. Mane's dive was originally given by the ref also and not overturned. That i think is what everyone is finding so frustrating. It is not VAR itself but the way that it seems ineffective in respect of any decisions that are subjective.

He'll have a fleet of Rollers on his drive by the end of the season. 1
