I think Liverpool will draw at Newcastle setting it up for most people to think that Man City will beat us to effectively win the league next Monday. But I genuinely think we can win there and will if we play our best. Same team to start as against Arsenal for me although I would be happy for Barnes to get the nod over Marc.

Sky Sports pundits give verdict on whether Leicester City will derail Manchester City's title bid

https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/sky-sports-pundits-give-verdict-2809576

The pundits have already written us off, saying we're an easy win for Man City since we will go on the attack and leave space in behind.

I think Brendan will do exactly the opposite, put Hamza and Ndidi in the middle to absorb pressure, and hit them on the counter. Vardy is on fire (10 goals in 9 games) and loves to play Man City. This has all the makings of a sucker punch.

I am really looking forward to this.

Souness is a **** but I don't think he said anything incorrect.  We will take the game to them. We won't park the bus or hoof it aimlessly. Yes we will play with 2 DMs but we will play football and attack them and that will suit Man City.

"Fellow pundit Graeme Souness agreed with Scott, adding: "I think Leicester are tailor made.

"They’re a young team, on the front foot, I don’t see them coming to Manchester to shut up shop. It could be a great game full of goals, but it’ll be tailor made for Manchester City."

Looking forward to the camera focusing on Riyad on the bench, pulling his hood further over his face as Jamie completes his hat-trick.

Sorry Koke, someone said something negative about us, don't you understand that this means they instantly have an agenda against the club, the team, the fans and even the laundry lady. Positive comments are only accepted, unfortunately.

I don't like Man City and I can't ever take then serious. By far the smallest club in the top 6 who have the best coach in the world and multiple world class players due to a petrol state. I have infinite more respect for Spurs who are growing organically through sheer hard work and amazing foresight and planning and coaching. Not by spending £1.3 billion.

Man City could win the next 5 league titles with 100+ points and I still can't respect that (Not that they would care obvs).

Geordie does come across a tad bitter but he does have a point.

Glad someone else sees it the way that I do. I am fed up with their monopoly-style tactics.

Will we be the Arya Stark of the title race?

Liverpool are the Daenerys of the title race. Think they have god given right to the Iron Throne but will lose out despite the large backing of mongrels and scruffs.

How anyone could want Man City to win the league is baffling. They are a corrupt club who flaunt the rules and are destroying football. Not only spending way beyond what most clubs can afford on players , but then buying up the talent from clubs like us and leaving them on the bench.

Liverpool are a big Club, but they've earned the right to be called a big Club by their achievements when there was a more level playing field for all. What's more important they treat all fans very well.

Doesn't sound bitter to me - just saying what a lot of people don't want to hear or accept.

Because if Liverpool win it we will never hear the end of it, their fans go on and on and on, also only 6 names on that trophy ill be happy if it stays that way

I may be petty but there would be a slight sense of poetic justice if Riyad didn't get his medal because despite Man City steamrollering everybody else, Leicester did the double over them.

That would make me happy as well

Maybe Brendan can point out to Youri that a move to a big club isn't always the best thing going.

Six names since football was invented. A few more if you didn’t start counting in 1992.

Maybe its being back in the Premier League or a greater media love in for Liverpool in the last 5 years which has caused the anti Liverpool angst in me but I actually recall wanting them to win the league in 2014.

Just go and play our game, no point in changing the way we play. I can see us scoring (Vardy loves a goal against the top 6) but winning at the Eithad is a different story, there is a reason we are about 28/1 to win!

Haven't Chelsea also done this 15 years ago when Abramovich came in? Would you not have any respect for us if we had been allowed to get away with it and Vichai and Top pumped half a billion in to us trying to compete with the elite?
