Whoever won, it would be horrendous media wise.

Just wish my housemate accepted they lost rather than blaming everyone being against them

Fair point.

It's just the Scousers always playing the victim that gets me.

Although that trophy lifting was a bit shit. Good old Wes just took it, little pause then hoist into the air. As it should be.

Agreed, they're always the ones who've been wronged.

But ignoring their fans, hard to do, they deserved to win

Congratulations Liverpool, shit final but you deserved something from an excellent season.

Fully deserved, like them or hate them they deserved at least one trophy this season.

As for Spurs lollollollollol Kane's face after full time was glorious.

Jenas is right about one thing, this needs to light a fire in Spurs to come back, to improve, work hard and win something. Too many of those players have regressed or stagnated, and believed the media hype around them. You'll never achieve anything if you rest on your laurels, and in reality, spurs have none to rest on. I get the impression Alli, Trippier and some degree Kane and Eriksen believe all the media hype that they're world beaters, but the fact they don't have any trophies should be proof enough they're not. Nowhere near the finished article they think they are.

Yeah, that's certainly better than if Spuds would've won it.

What a dull match of football though, Ajax would've been better fare

Dull game, but Liverpool really countered where Spurs would normally have hit them

I hope they sack Pochettino.

they'd have won that with Son and Lucas up front, they catered to Kane's ego and suffered because of it. It's been a pretty poor season for them really, their biggest feather in cap this season is coming back at half time against a mid table championship team well done.

Let’s not say “scousers”. I see this all the time and it’s unfair to Everton fans who are sound.
