Why do we start every game like we've been doing lines of ket in the dressing room.

We came back into it slightly, through no effort of our own may I add, because Chelsea backed off, taking a breather.

 

It's not an exclusive problem to us, it's modern day football but this ****ing about at the back has to stop, it's shit!!

I know we are not one's for optimism here but liked the last 15 mins. Showing flashes, first goal of the season will get us over the hump. Think it comes in the 2nd half. Praet and Barnes on for Fuchs and Choudhury. Come on!

Need Barnes to come on, Fuchs keeps going backwards unlike chilly he would push forward into the space left by Madison coming inside. Not rating Perez at all atm. Were far too defensive with both Choudary and Ndidi in midfeild we need someone who will pick the ball up abd run with it which neither can do.

Awful so far. Got back into it towards the end of the half, but 1 shot, none on target.

 

Feel like Barnes needs to come on for Perez, Ndidi or Hamza off for Albrighton and move Maddison central.

 

Youri's been fairly poor but I just don't have the heart to take him off.

Hopeless really. No one seems to no their job. Perez and Hamza off at ht. Barnes and albrighton on. Perez most lightweight wide man since Lee Phillpot.

Once we got into our groove, there was only one problem: we had no left winger. Take Maddison or Hamza off for Barnes if we want to pin them back at all.

Rodgers has totally bungled the lineups two weeks in a row.  110 minutes with this group (Fuchs or Chilwell) with 0 shots on goal and nary a sniff, really.  No deep-lying midfielder with ball skills and no width - a very bad combination.

We cannot let Evans, Soy and Schmeichel to be our main ball players for the second half! Come on. Rodgers has to change something to get our best ball players - Tielemans, Maddison and Perez into positions to play the ball back out from the back more. No point to have them on the pitch when they dont get the ball.

 

Maddison seriously needs to stop taking corners. As discussed last week.

Yeah there have been a number of occasions where we have no-one available on the left at all. Maddison should not be being played on the wing, it's a waste and doesn't work.
