Leicester_Loyal Posted 1 December 2019 Posted 1 December 2019 Unsettle Richarlison and nab him in the summer. Give them 50m!

I've mentioned this guy a few times now over the years and think he'd be a great addition to the squad and he's becoming more realistic with our reputation increasing. Still only 25 years old, 7 goals so far in Italy in an average side. I'd imagine £40m to £50m would be the fee as I think a few teams might go in for him... **Edit - a quick Google says he's keen on a Liverpool move 😥 Signed him on football manager and he went on to become a world class winger so I say get him in.
StriderHiryu Posted 1 December 2019 Posted 1 December 2019 How to improve the team? Given Brendan a contract extension and pay rise! Pellegrini and Solskjaer currently get paid more than he does!

If we get Champions League I would 100% want us to go for him as an option for the wing and attacking midfield. Where he’d slot in to the starting lineup is hard to say really (a sign of a great time) probably on one of the flanks, but he would fit into the squad no doubt being young, homegrown and hard working. Madders n Chilwell I’m sure would be able to do a bit of agent work. Just depends how much he loves Villa or if he feels like he wants to play in Europe now. Think there is no chance we get Grealish right now but honestly think he'd fit our side perfectly. If we can get into the champions league I'd honestly have no qualms spending an absolute shed load on him.
LCFC FOX Posted 2 December 2019 Posted 2 December 2019 Cantwell, Zaha and McGinn for me. Maybe not January but at the end of the season when we get champions league and they’re possible relegated.

Zaha thou would be the best option to buy I'd be well up for that
Sianist Posted 2 December 2019 Posted 2 December 2019 Probably need to look for a good backup/understudy for Vardy, it might well be the spot where a key injury would hurt the most
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 2 December 2019 Posted 2 December 2019 Grealish is superb and has been for a while, loads of Live Forever dads and lads don't like him because he has a flash haircut and wears children's clothes to play footy.
Heymister2015 Posted 2 December 2019 Posted 2 December 2019 I see a player Ive mentioned on here Eze from Qpr is a player we've been watching regular with spurs/chelsea and west ham! Id rather sign him over Zaha! Quality young player
Spiritwalker Posted 2 December 2019 Posted 2 December 2019 Grealish and Zaha would be perfect for our team/squad. Whether we could get them is debatable.

Christoph Posted 3 December 2019 Posted 3 December 2019 7 hours ago, MPH said: Same as Mahrez used to be then.... Doesn't make sense considering the amount of assists Mahrez would get as well. Rather stay away from Zaha personally. Don't think he is much better than what we have already. Rather keep trying with Gray or get someone different in then spend the amount of money it would take to bring Zaha in.
Dahnsouff Posted 3 December 2019 Posted 3 December 2019 Not Zaha, could be amazing, could be a very expensive waste of space. Anyway, he wants that London I thought.
Raw Dykes Posted 3 December 2019 Posted 3 December 2019 I don't think Zaha would be a good signing. He'd cost a fortune, and I'm not convinced he'd fit in. Don't think he'd be much of an upgrade, either.

West Ham would demand absolutely crazy money though such is the madness of EPL transfers.

Think they paid around 40m.. which is probably to much imo.. always liked the look of him when I've seen him play though

The thing is though with the madness that is the EPL West Ham would probably want about £60-80m for him now

grumpy old git Posted 3 December 2019 Posted 3 December 2019 I wouldn't mind us getting young Cantwell from Norwich seems to have skill on the ball and a very good football brain.
