I would have valued him at about as much as a semi-detatched in downtown Chernobyl, but I'm delighted to be proven wrong and long may he continue to make a fool out of me.  However, the dilemma that we have is do we sell in the summer when his stock might be at it's highest since he arrived or do we risk him leaving for free the following year?  I  wouldn't expect KI to sign a new contract because of the lack of game time and I don't expect that to change much, so I reckon it would be best for the club to try to sell in the summer.

OK, I thought it was a 4 yr deal, so it's not such an imminent decision to make.  As for extending, that's the problem, would you sign if you were KI? 

 

Perhaps within the next couple of years he will cement a regular spot.

I thought he was brilliant in his cameo performance tonight. I can honestly say that as long as it's not for too long, I think Nacho is a more than adequate replacement for JV. His all round game was very impressive!

He's become a real asset. So strong in possession. Fair play to him and also BR, who I suspect has managed him very well.

Solid performance - drew a critical penalty when the game was still in the balance, combined well with others and held the ball nicely in the area. Enjoyed his awareness to let the one ball go to Barnes as he was off before the Ricardo goal. Great option off the bench for us of late.
