He's one of the most improved players under Rogers by far. He's going to be massive for us over the next few years and I couldn't be more pleased for him. Seems a genuinely nice guy too.

Excellent again tonight with his control under pressure and a few flicks around the defenders. Would be great if he could get a bit quicker and gain more confidence shooting with his right foot. So many times he could have shot with his right but kept the ball to work it onto his left/lay it off to someone.

People pick up on someone giving everything and being positive. He’s been genuinely brilliant.

Now don't get me wrong Vardy is by far still the better player and goal scorer. But I actually can't help but feel that Iheanacho almost suits the "System" that we play better? He just seems to get a lot more touches and chances get created. Its been noticeable when they've played together as a front two as well.

Confidence is a massive thing in football. Rodgers has done a great job bringing that back into his game.

Absolutely. I'm amazed that so many people are surprised how well he can play. It's always been obvious he has talent, it was just getting it on display that was the problem.

People are surprised because he didn’t seem interested in being a footballer. There is a huge change in attitude from him IMO.

I may have been one of his biggest critics in recent years, but Brendon Rodgers turned him to a good striker who couldn't even control a ball under Monsieur Puel. I hope Jamie gets back in shape soon, but Nacho will replace him well. Anyway, he now has a positive body language and he feels the confidence of his manager. He's gonna be very important to the Foxes...

Nacho holds the ball up well. The first forward that can reliably do that for some time. It really adds a different dimension to our game. Nice playoffs too.

Let's see what he can do against the Villa.

Well I think I'm going to have to admit it, I was wrong. He is turning out to be a really promising player. He held up the ball so well today and his little turn and run for the peno was outstanding! Long may it continue and as much as I should be nervous about Vards injury, I'm not anywhere close to compared to a few months back. Nacho.... Who would have thought eh!
