easilee Posted 6 December 2019 Posted 6 December 2019 Was originally gonna call this 'LET'S BUY PEPÉ !!'...but expanded on it. Been gigging so too drunk to go into any details atm, but leave your suggestions, and I'll relax in the early morn to your suggestions. I know I have at least 9 but can't recall any until brain back. Someone remind me to not start topics when pissed please......it's a Russian roulette situation......Thanks in advance.

foxinsocks Posted 6 December 2019 Posted 6 December 2019 There are no players from those clubs who we could realistically poach that would improve us

Genuinely wouldn’t take any of those players! Come to think of it there’s not a single player at either Man Utd, Arsenal or Spurs who would improve our starting X1

Nick Posted 6 December 2019 Posted 6 December 2019 There’s not a traditional top six side that would loan us a player in January - why would they?

Aus Fox Posted 6 December 2019 Posted 6 December 2019 Just now, turtmcfly said: You wouldn't start Son Heung-min? Blimey. Where would you play him? Who would you leave out? He doesn’t really fit our system, therefor wouldn’t improve our first 11. Same with someone like Kane, as good as he is if we replaced Vardy with Kane overall our team wouldn’t be as effective.

Edit: scrap that, I got the wrong player. I meant Saka, who is only 18, I'd have him here. But yeah... that list....
