~£20mill isn't a bad bit of business. At 24 with the ability to develop more, still with option to sell for a profit in a few years should he develop. Gives us a solid player at both fullback positions. Decent signing.

Its about depth and improving the squad. We've just signed an experienced international defender to add to an already successful contingent of Belgium players. No doubt this will help Youri and Praet as well.

Anybody else noticed that when we sign somebody the fee quoted in media is often including add ons etc. But when we sell a player to a big club, the minimum number without add ons is often reported...

The lads not kicked a ball for us yet.... And can easily play right back..... also, he has ten goals to his name... Which may come in very useful.
