Tielemans63 Posted 3 May 2020 Posted 3 May 2020 There a few I think will make good managers. In terms of who I can see actually managing Leicester City, I'd say only Kasper.
Corky Posted 3 May 2020 Posted 3 May 2020 Vardy would be like Simeone- winding up the crowd, shushing everyone, on the pitch when we score, tripping up an opponent running down the wing, no doubt Kinnearing the press at least once.
Blueman1967 Posted 3 May 2020 Posted 3 May 2020 Evans, we didn't do to bad, the last centre half we had as manager

Lampard is just about getting away with it at Chelsea but Solksjaer at United looks utterly out of his depth. ...without Pogba being an adverse distraction, Solksjaer seems to have turned it around. Will be very competitive next season!!!!!
Leicesterpool Posted 3 May 2020 Posted 3 May 2020 Kasper for sure, unlike his dad I couldn't really see Kasper being comfortable sitting in a studio being a pundit. I reckon he'd be a good manager.
Oxfordfox83 Posted 3 May 2020 Posted 3 May 2020 I think Vardy would be a class manager. Can you imagine anyone trying to give him an excuse for not trying hard enough? For having to work for their opportunities? For being at the point of giving up? Man’s got a better story for whatever they come up with... Also Evans. Guy just gets football...

Being loud doesn't necessarily equal being a good manager.

He’s very well spoken, knowledgable about the game and passionate - I think he’d make an excellent manager

Maybe it'd be different as a manager because you obviously have to reign in your emotions a bit more but you see him bollocking other players when he makes mistakes, which isn't the sort of calculated mentality the better managers have. I do agree that he's very articulate though and probably will go into management.
Nicolo Barella Posted 4 May 2020 Posted 4 May 2020 I don't really think any of them have the understanding of football that it will take to be a top flight manager.

Rodgers has had him coaching in the academy alongside trying to get fit and has said he has a good understanding of the game. I don't think he'll ever be able to get fully fit and back to where he was, so it would be interesting to see if he can move into coaching while he has the attention of a young manager whose playing career was also cut short by injury. Now imagine that, if James eventually became our manager and led us to greatness. That would be hilarious.

I thought that was interesting as he hasnt been at the club that long but he is obviously respected amongst the younger and senior players and has leadership qualities. Was made Anderlecht captain at 17 I think, must have some leadership qualities for sure
Finnegan Posted 4 May 2020 Posted 4 May 2020 Evans was my first thought. Vards has always struck me as a lot smarter than the image he cultivates but he'd have to keep his temper in check. Roy Keane and Craig Bellamy have shown that being sharp, knowing football and being an experienced pro mean nothing if you blow your lid and fall out with people.

Sampson Posted 4 May 2020 Posted 4 May 2020 Not sure about Morgan or Fuchs. Think Fuchs seems more like a family man who'd rather move to the US with his family. Morgan has other businesses like his tattoo shop he'd be more interested in. I can easily see him being a coach with the club or a coach in the ommunity which is less time consuming, but not really a manager. Kasper seems more like he wants to ho into the media side. He'll make a great pundit though, always seems like an intelligent person with interesting things to say whenever he's done punditry. I think Evans though is definitely the best shout.

sacreblueits442 Posted 4 May 2020 Posted 4 May 2020 ...Andy King - I think he believes he has something to prove and I believe he will be a cog in this club down the line. Matty James - Cliched, player plagued by injury and career cut short, turns out to be an excellent manager. Jamie Vardy - Something special about Vardy. His demeanour has changed on the pitch and seem to be very communicative and now commanding the attention of the players around him with a quite air. He may not see himself in a managerial role but he will naturally gravitate to the position.

To put it bluntly, he’s far to clever to stay in football and he’s a very astute businessman. He’ll make a huge success in whatever he decides to do after he retires imo Nasa scientists are clever but do they make as much money as jose mourinho??
