Hollyfox Posted 7 July 2020 Posted 7 July 2020 Not knocking Bennett as he's probably a bit rusty but he looks like a solid championship defender to me 1

Worth mention he was the Holding handball ref
Dan Posted 7 July 2020 Posted 7 July 2020 Not a word about our goal either Sky are in on this, make no mistake. 3
Jaspa Posted 7 July 2020 Posted 7 July 2020 If we get beat by a team managed by a bloke in beige chinos I'll be livid 2
adam Posted 7 July 2020 Posted 7 July 2020 Bennett is no better than wes. If he was any good wolves wouldn't have loaned him out to us. Looks like Brendan's waiting for us to be 2 down until he changes it. 1
Popular Post Babylon Posted 7 July 2020 Popular Post Posted 7 July 2020 And that sums up exactly why big clubs get all the decisions. Mistakes get glossed over as the TV companies don’t care as we aren’t the audience pull. Officials are scared of getting a hammering so subconsciously favour them. 11
Sly Posted 7 July 2020 Posted 7 July 2020 Why haven’t we changed this?!? It was obvious it Wasn’t working after 20 minutes.
RowlattsFox Posted 7 July 2020 Posted 7 July 2020 Can't believe we haven't made a change, he'll probably change it when we're 2-0 down.

Answer, stick an unknown championship defender in to 'support' them (leaving two defenders on the bench who know our system and culture inside out) An obvious mistake Rodgers has made is not giving himself the option to shift the shape to a back four in game by playing Fuchs at left centre half. I understand why he wanted to play Bennett and Fuchs could have been ripped to shreds just as much. But it was something O’Neil was so clever in doing, picking a side that allowed him to create different looks at different times without making a substitution.

justfoxes Posted 7 July 2020 Posted 7 July 2020 Would really love to see JJ get his first PL goal in this game !
