Jaspa Posted 3 May 2021 Posted 3 May 2021 See it so often though, the only side who gains any advantage from a free-kick are the ones who commit the foul

Granted they have less to worry about now than they have before, but I think expecting them not to drop a single point in their last 5 is being a bit pessimistic. A lot of negativity surrounding our performance against Southampton, yes we weren't quite at it but Southampton were stubborn, Hassenhutl strikes me as a guy that wants his teams to fight, I expect them to show a bit at Anfield Saturday night, an given Liverpools recent record, I think that may well be a draw.
Ric Flair Posted 3 May 2021 Posted 3 May 2021 This is your time Sean, do it for the market leaders. 2

Baring in mind Southampton got only 1st or 2nd PL win of 2021 vs Liverpool this season, they can't be discounted but I'll not be greedy. A draw will do.
David Hankey Posted 3 May 2021 Posted 3 May 2021 WBA all but relegated, couldn't happen to a nicer manager. 2

I think a lot of members commenting on here post match were posting out of disappointment from the result more than anything. Its always a bad time to comment when feelings are running so high. (Myself included.) We weren't at our best, far from it when compared to some of the games this season and quite a few key players were not there usual standard, but i agree it was not THAT bad a performance. 1 pointed gained over 2 points dropped for me.

Chelsea will be in and after that Liverpool are the team I'm worried about, they'll probably win all their last fixtures including against a tired Man United team. 1
Aus Fox Posted 3 May 2021 Posted 3 May 2021 First time I’ve celebrated Wood in far too long!! Get in Burnley
