ALC Fox Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 I think the overall standard of the league has improved a bit this season. Quite a few of last season's midtable and bottom half teams look decent. Fulham, so far, look distinctly 20th best in the division.

The Bear Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 We play Fulham on Sunday. If we play like we did yesterday they'll have their first points of the season.
Finnegan Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 Roy Keane is hands down my favourite pundit when one team have been really shit and I'm a neutral 1

KFS Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 Fulham were always a crap addition to the league
Md9 Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 hopefully villa get brought back down to earth in their next game
Dan Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 Fulham are the biggest waste of space, what was the point of them coming back up, they're even worse than last time (which is some going)
Dahnsouff Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 Would have so preferred Brentford to come up, these lot are all sorts of shyte. 3

I don’t believe the big teams are in transition this year. Liverpool will get 90+ again in my opinion, Chelsea will click and Arsenal will be a lot better. Man City are in transition but are still stronger by a mile compared to 15/16. We’ll have to get 90+ to win the league, not 81 like we did in 15/16. If 10 games in we are still right up there then you never know but for me , despite a fantastic win vs a title favourite, we need to back it up. If we beat both West ham and Villa then I’ll sit up. Not to be negative but it’s so typical of us to go win at City then lose/draw at home to West Ham. I'm sure you're probably right - which is why I started with the disclaimer! It IS possible that we win the league, just incredibly unlikely. I tried to be careful to avoid saying other teams are currently in transition - that was then, the now is the weird situation brought about by CV19. As I said, I reserve the right to dream a bit. As for the 'typical' bit, it's hardly typical Leicester to win the first 3 games of the season is it? Nothing about or team is ever 'typical'. 1
EastAnglianFox Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 Their were some who honestly wanted Fulham up instead of Brentford

If you can't have a dream the day after we've put 5 past Man City at the Etihad, then when can you? Keep on dreaming HPF
Arkie Bennett Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 Grealish telling the Fulham player to get up. Oh, the irony.
foxfanazer Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 Can't decide if Villa have improved from last season or if Fulham are just making them look decent. Fulham are so so bad

Fox in the North Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 Considering we won’t get to go to Brentford anyway at this rate I don’t mind Fulham coming up. Especially if we can batter them for 6 points.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 28 September 2020 Posted 28 September 2020 Fulham remind me of us when we lost to Watford in the play offs, except we lost whereas they came up. Their squad looks nowhere near good enough and I think they'll do well to get 25/30 points.
