GlenParvaFox Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 We've been out-worked, out-fought and out-smarted by this lot. Looked lethargic and ponderous. Credit to West Ham.
Always Next Year Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 Utter rubbish, what a let down from last week, West Ham have done to us what we did to Man City.
Gazza M Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 Get used to these Sunday performances if we have played late on Thursday's soon.
LCFCJ Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 How did we manage to smash them at there place last season with our development squad?

burleighfox Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 How do we go from tactically on the money last we to completely clueless the next? Madness.

ALC Fox Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 Credit to West Ham. They've defended very well and been really effective in transition. Scoring the first against the run of play allowed them to dictate the way the game was going to be played from then on. A good, strong, spirited performance from them. We've just not been able to create and get through them. Most of our players have had off days too. Misplaced passes, sluggish play, slow in the build-up, and not reading the runs off the ball. Not our day.
Blanchflower78 Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 Still maintain for a home side we are incredibly poor at setting the tone. Vardy still looks too isolated. Barnes great on the left but the biggest problem has been the inability to find a true partner for Vardy. Doesnt help the defence being as poor as weve seen since Bournemouth away. Food for thought over international break I guess for Rodgers.
copunk Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 Its a funny old game football, take the rough with the smooth, they have been class today, on the counter look incredible, bad bad day for us 2
foxes_rule1978 Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 The only positive is this wasn’t early Saturday, so hasn’t completely ruined my weekend
Bazly Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 On thebrighter side of life, 31 points needed from 34 games.

As well as WH have played, we have been shit. The thing that upsets me about our bad performances now is the manager never acknowledges then or takes any responsibility.
justfoxes Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 Seems Brendan didn’t do his homework this week and watched the Wolves game set up completely wrong with a back 5 a smash and grab from the Bubble Blowers !! Bit naive of Brendan thinking he can use a Back 5 like that today !! 2

Cadno'r Cymoedd Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 Deservedly spanked. Tactically out thought and physically out fought. 1
M0901 Posted 4 October 2020 Posted 4 October 2020 I think sometimes, just sometimes, the same people I see who LOVE a moan every single week should sometimes just hold their hands up and admit West Ham were much better today. It happens sometimes. I just can’t stand some of the comments I see on here genuinely fearing the worst right off the bat. They did to us what we did to Man City last week. And fair play to them. 1

He’s got one job and that’s to score goals, if he can’t do that, sack him off. edited as I wasnt sure if he was Mendy or Iheanacho. Whoever he was...was hard to spot, just saw one angle of the goal. should have done much better
