I dunno mate kane's got a 10 yard head start on them and I already in motion when he kicks the ball. The defenders have a standing start

The defenders dont have to have a standing start they just cant enter the box until the ball is struck, its their choice

This laser pen incident's a bit naughty. How do you answer that, "yeah we won from a penalty but only because one of our fans was blinding the goalie at the time"

Weird comment.

Literally no England fan will ever say that. And if they do they’re a weirdo. He saved the penalty too

Not read all the pages ,but am I the only one who doesn't  care about over hyped England and really only care and support Leicester and would have loved Kasper  to have played in the final .

You would rather Kasper in the final then England!? Eh?

I guess that you're not the only one that feels that way. Bit of a shame that you don't care enough and to miss out on the euphoria. Would've have been great to see our goalie in the Euro final but certainly not at the expense of England (how can they be overhyped if they have reached the last two in Europe?).

That said, the look on the faces of fans behind the goal when Kasper pulled off that save were a flashback to Chelsea fans in the Cup final. It all turned well in the end and, most of us, are well chuffed.

If you step back from the line an attacker is gonna nip in and steal your prime space at the edge of the dee and once his body is in front of yours he's probably gonna beat you to the ball standing start or not

Kasper is one of club's all time greats no question. But last night My allegiance was to England if that means Kasper crying into his Lurpak this morning then so be it!

If you’re English then what a strange muppet you truly are

If you’re not English then fair enough

How can someone be so bitter and angry towards their own country to want the nation of their club goalkeeper to beat us lol this thread is so weird

Kasper the Brave!

if I recall correctly we beat the Danes at Stamford Bridge in 1066.

The Anglo Saxon Jutes (Danes & Germainc tribes) who arrived here (At the request of the Britons, to help fight against the Welsh) in what we now call England (Ebbsfleet) first in 449.

Those same Danes & Germans, then took control of southern & central England (which all of it used to be called Wales!) until 1066, when... yes the Vikings did fight their cousins the Angles / Saxons for the kingdom of England and lost, like you say.

Essentially if you live in England (unless you are ethnically Cornish or Welsh), then there is a very high % that you or your ancestors just arrived here (probably quite a long time) before Schmeichel did, and decided to call yourself English, having been born here.

Its a tough one. I think my ideal would be that he plays an absolute blinder of a match, but concedes to a complete worldie that no one could possibly have saved, so he can't feel any guilt.

....which I think he did.   He did us proud

Definitely - best case scenario from a English-Foxes fan perspective.

I am not sure I would have felt anywhere near as divided with any of our other squad members to be honest - just something about Kasper!

Even Roy Keane, who isn't his biggest fan, said he played superbly.

He's played England three times at Wembley and played brilliantly in every game.

It's actually a little concerning isn't it? I hope these people are genuinely okay.
