Antwerp. Feel that would be a challenge we could win.

Also, I'm quite young so somebody needs to explain to me why people don't want red star! 🙄

Horrible fans like millwall fans on steroids. Us the beat us in the year 2000 and knocked us out

How does the draw work?

Seeding teams will play at home in their second leg ties, while no team can play a club from their UEFA Europa League group, nor can they meet a team from their own country.

When will the games take place?

The UEFA Europa League's Round of 32 first leg ties are scheduled for Thursday 18 February, 2021, while second leg encounters will take place on Thursday 25 February, 2021.

Kick-off times will be split between 5:55pm and 8pm.

All times GMT.

Very, very slowly. it'll probably take about 2 hours based on previous experience....

According to oddschecker these are the best prices of the teams we can draw. So hopefully avoid Benfica, Sociedad, Salzberg and hopefully get Molde or Wolfsberger.

We're best priced 14/1 so whoever we get we should be favourites to go through.

Benfica 25/1

Real Sociedad 25/1

Salzburg 33/1

Lille 40/1

Granada 60/1

Krasnodar 66/1

Olympiacos 66/1

Dynamo Kiev 66/1

Antwerp 200/1

Slavia Prague 200/1

Maccabi Tel Aviv 250/1

Red Star Belgrade 250/1

Young Boys 250/1

Wolfsberger 300/1

Molde 500/1

  • AC Milan. 9/1.
  • Leicester. 10/1.
  • Bayer Leverkusen. 14/1.
  • Napoli. 14/1.
  • Benfica. 16/1.

Arsenal 7/1 lol

The only explanation I have is they have more European experience than us. They reached the final under Emery and semi final in Wenger's last season.

As others have said, there's four or so teams on that list that we avoid in an ideal world: Benfica, Lille, Real Sociedad, RB Salzburg.  I do think we could beat all of them over two legs but there are much easier draws in the pot so hopefully we land one of them.

Ideal scenario is we pick up Molde, Wolfsberger or a Maccabi Tel Aviv type and there are a couple of shock results with some of the other bigger teams in the seeded pot to thin it out a bit. Should we get one of lower ranked unseeded pot sides, this will be the last round before the quality of opposition really jumps up.

Wolfsberger would be the ones i'd want to avoid from the 'easy' group. To do what they've done in that group, considering their stature, is amazing and will give them momentum.
