Exactly. If we play like this, may as well play Barnes and Under so we control the game from up too. We are either here nor there with this crappy formation and team selection. Can't help feel that 4-4-2 with Under and Barnes involved would have been the way to go here, Brendan. Under could turn the 6'7" fullback inside out.

He's set his stall out though, he's seen something in us seldom ever being beaten or even drawing at home to teams of this ilk playing 4-1-4-1 and decided he needs to change it. Just got to wait until he can no longer justify it, however annoying that is.

Watch the game and look at their positions, look how high up the field they are both playing. 
Clearly a back 3 not a back 5.
