Last gasp defending at the back, not getting our game together in the final third but we look ok in the middle where it really doesn’t count.

Are they on paper though? Apart from Kevin we have players all over the park thay can play with the ball

When it suits them we do, I think so yea. They’re not a bad side at all Southampton, they’re a better side than people probably think. So far they’re looking extremely comfortable and more likely to get the first goal.

I'm not too worried tbh, Southampton tend to be much better in the first half due to their tempo, 2nd half they'll start to tire.

Stats show they score more and concede less in the 1st half.

C'mon lads.

The gap between Youri and Madders is too big in midfield.

Madders should stop like acting a striker and needs to drop back a little to share the load with the Youri

Evans and Kasper have been brilliant.

Everyone else looks offput by the Saints furious press. Youri in particular looks all at sea.

Nowhere near imposing enough but luckily Evans and Wilf are winning all their 50 50s

To be expected with Albrighton on instead of a genuinely good forward player

Che Adams work rate is MASSIVE, he has pace to burn and his story is similar to Vardy’s, can’t believe we didn’t have a decent look at him when he was forsale , he presses so well and would have bust a gut for the City of he played, local lad done good

Not quite clicking yet for a few of our players.

Tielemans and Maddison looked like magicians in previous games and their touch is letting them down.

Barnes and Albrighton not in the game as much as we would like.
