My memory might be bad, but I think we got top 4 when we won the league too. You won't beat that season.

We weren’t invincible but we were bloody good and thoroughly deserved the title

Yeah, I probably worded my original post badly, but given circumstances, I think it's very close.

 

15/16 was almost a freak season, without taking anything away, obviously. The table doesn't lie and we absolutely deserved it.

 

We could have faded in to obscurity, we haven't, we're showing we deserve to be seen as a force now.

Plus, we were considered relegation fodder at the time. Now, we're up there challenging the elite few for the second season running.

Yes. It wouldn’t affect us though as our seeding is solely reliant on our coefficient

Thank you. Was trying to look it up, as thought only the Europa League was solely coefficient.

 

We've avoided some genuinely huge ties in Europe, so landing a couple of fixtures against the elite would be nice tbf. If we get there.
