why would he be tempted? likely spurs wont even be in Europe let alone the champs league.

Forget the super league part for a minute, they will no doubt lose their best player in the summer. Spurs would be lucky to get anyone with decent calibre.

not of they are in the #ESL, these owners aren't stupid, they must know the reaction they'd get, that will turn I think and the ESL will go ahead and those that are part of it will get mega money

How can he? This new super league aligns with the ideals of Brexit and Global Britain. Ignore the consequences to people, history, and culture, package up your product and sell it to the highest global bidder.

I’d encourage anyone that wants to watch this is to stream via Kodi or IPTV services. Never give them a penny.

just dont bother watching them at all. To be honest the majority of champs league games are boring and not sure i would bother getting up in the middle of the night to watch the north London derby being playing in Shanghai in front of a load of businessmen in suits.

I must say, as with when he spoke out against Premier League clubs not funding the lower league clubs, Boris Johnson speaking out against the Super League is somewhat amusing given the party he leads.

He and his party can clearly see that everybody benefits when socialism rules .

I also feel for the genuine Liverpool and United fans, in particular, in all this. Football clubs used to be one of the founding meeting points of any city/town, along with the Church and the workplace. The whole 'this means more' brand infuriated some rival fans, but to many it really did in Liverpool. A city built on socialism that was almost lead into managed decline but able to rebuild, both on and off the pitch, to create a side that were capable of dominating domestically and in Europe too. Only to then wave goodbye to the little guys in favour of walking on two legs with the other pigs at Europe's top table.

Not sure you should brand your "Socialism NOW!" campaign against the backdrop of the Liver building if I can be blunt for a moment

Just watching Sky Sports News and they are deriding this scandalous decision BUT they are the ones who set this big 6 bollocks up in the first place which has given them all delusions of grandeur.

They are as guilty as anyone else for what has happened.

Sky Sports have breaking news ticker of JP Morgan confirming they'll finance the new league.  I know they've been mentioned as the backers before, but why would they stake their reputation by getting involved in the brinksmanship from the clubs?  Becoming more convinced this is happening and isn't just the involved clubs trying to get more concessions from UEFA.

Potentially massive £££. It’s the same all the way down.
