I celebrated that goal so loudly that my four year old son is now scared of football.

 

I have watched the goal again roughly 500 times since last night.  Even American work colleagues who don't care for "soccer" have messaged me to say what a great goal it was.

 

What a player that lad is.

Has anyone done any analysis on it to see exactly how far out he hit it from?

 

Judging it, I'd guesstimate around 28 yards?

Unreal. Best goal I've ever celebrated.

 

He's bloody off balance and leaning back and still managed to hit it so true and so straight. 

 

Youri deserves it so much as well, unbelievable.

Godly strike from Tielemans, and a real cloud 9 moment for the fans. 

 

That has to go down as, not just one of the greatest ever FA Cup Final goals, but one of the greatest ever Leicester City goals.

Watching it back, Silva should’ve gone out and engaged Youri... but he knew he was going to hit it, stood off and held his hands behind his back.

 

Thiago Silva knew that was flying in the moment Youri received the ball lol

I'm sure I saw one of the newspapers put it at 29.19 yards this morning.

Remember thinking it was his sort of range and he had some space. The strange thing about football is that if had been three or four inches to the left, we’d have never mentioned it ever again. 
 

I didn’t really remember the ball in flight, I just remember seeing him in space, thinking ‘have a go, Youri’, then seeing the net ripple. This was followed by a split second of disbelief (did this really just happen?) then absolute carnage. What a moment.

As soon as it deflected of perez and Thomas picked it up I could see the space in front of tielemans, saw the pass coming the look over the shoulder, he knew he has the time and space, I just shouted run into the space, run into the space, hit it!!!!!

 

Then lost my voice shouting like I've never shouted before!

 

Take a bow son, ye don't save those!

I almost threw the Dog into the Ceiling when the Ball hit the Net.  The poor thing didn't know what was happening.

He's only  11 Months old.

 

A goal worthy of winning any game, Never mind our Maiden FA Cup Victory.
