Leicester 0-2 Arsenal post match

First half was terrible especially the first 25 minutes. I'm annoyed we let these beat us.

Poor first 20. Game was done then.

 

Vastly improved 2nd half but couldn't get through Ramsdale. 

 

Amartey was terrible. Vardy didn't do anything. Defending was shocking in general today.

If you can't defend corners and your players only turn the intensity on when you have conceded, you're going to have a bad time.

 

We improved, and their keeper was MOTM, but there was really no oomph with 15-20 mins to go, and Arsenal looked untroubled at the end.

 

Not enjoyable.  On to the next one....

They were average, we were shit, Ramsdale was world class.

If it wasn't for the fact that we were asleep for the first 20 minutes, and Ramsdale had the game of his life, and half our team played shit, we could have won that.

One of those games where they scored twice when on top and we scored none when we were on top. Evenly matched, but that first 25 mins was utterly atrocious and hopeless. Another slow start cost us ultimately.

Thomas is a good Fullback, but can't play wingback.

Just not our day today, we’ve done everything but score. Ramsdale has had the game of his life, that save from Madders freekick was up there with the best I’ve ever seen.

Poor opening 20, but other than that we were the better team.

Same issues every week defensively, how can the coaching team not look to address slow starts and conceding from set pieces. Lots of chances but can't keep conceding 2 and expecting to get points.

The start we have had to this season cost us anyway I think we will need to look at leicester getting between 9th and 12th to realise that will be a good season for us

Question need to be answered as to why we have the same issues every week. Slow starts and piss poor defending.

Very angry, 3 points were there for the taking and they threw them away in spectacular fashion by not turning up. I would love to know what the game plan was, because that first 20 mins was appalling.

we probably should have had a point out of this but if you start like we did you deserve nothing and all too often in these early kick offs we start like this, what is the pre match routine Brendan has and why isn't it changing?

 

Same with set pieces, is he that afraid of upsetting Mike Stowell he won't bring in someone to fix them? We are awful at both ends and have been for years so it clearly needs fixing.

 

Soumare picked the wrong game to underperform with Wilf back.

 

Finally Brendan needs to stop this thing where he becomes married to a formation regardless of the opposition the formation today never worked and worse we didn't pressure them at all until after the changes. Also we don't need to play with 3 CBs to play both Vardy and Nacho
