Is big Dan a half decent centre half?

He's liable to make the odd howler but I do admire his work ethic, teamwork and spirit. God loves a tryer

Comfortable victory in the end in Europe despite missing Vardy, Tielemans, Evans and Ricardo. You'd take that any day of the week.

Need to step it up against Southampton though, it will not be as comfortable as it was in that second half at the weekend.

O when the hornets go marching in......

Great result.

Decent performance.

Still shaky at the back. There was a five minute spell at the end of the first half where we defended like a pub team, but got away with it.

Let's gain some confidence and build on it, starting with 3 points on Sunday.

Loved KDH and more so Perez then, they gave us a fresh impetus 2nd half which was pleasing to see. I do think KDH now deserves a start ahead of Soumare. He's got more ability on the ball and seems to not switch off to the opposition which is what Soumare needs to get better at.

I do think we miss a creative passer if Soumare and Ndidi pair up and vs Watford we'll again be up against a counter attack so need to be positive on the ball but shrewd enough to track their runners.

Barnes was strong tonight, unlucky he didn't really have many clear cut chances but what's been missing is his desire to constantly run at teams with conviction and that was there tonight. Something to build on.

Oh well..there's always next season

HAVE FAITH! Napoli could be dogshit. Or Justin could make a sudden reappearance and magic away the central defensive problems.

Timmy done his shoulder again?

Don't think it is much of an issue anymore, happened that often whenever it comes out they can just pop it back in on the sidelines and he is fine to come back on

I imagine during the summer (if there is no internationals?) he may have something done on it but currently not really a problem to actually worry about weirdly

So much more of a reliable team player though at CB than RB, it's quite amazing that for the first 4 years he was here he under 3 other managers they never played him as a centre half.

Not in the squad for the umpteenth time

No sorry disagree on KDH. He's decent but not there yet, does things well bit can't see him unlocking a tight defence. Soumaré uses his body much better and will be more suited against Watford's fairly physical midfield. I also think KDH is too one footed to be a central midfielder but there you go.

Actually very ok with the control approach 2nd half after our defensive display 1st half. Very professionel job and we could easily have nicked a goal or 2 on the counter with a bit more quality in the final ball.

I am really not convinced by Soumare. Liked KDH a lot more despite some wayward passing; his tenacity and energy was most welcome. Maddison looked great and another promising showing from Thomas. Job well done in the end.

Okay that Patson X Madders interview was too cute ♥️

Patson like the little brother learning on the job with his big bro in front of the cameras 😍

He's actually been alright lately, but letting his man go in the incident Cags cleared off the line wasn't great.

If I had a place in the first team squad, I'd definitely try harder than any of them.

I'd be shit though. Really shit.

I'm a luxury player, we don't have room for that.

Imagine Matt Le Tissier. Rubbish for 89 minutes, but a moment of unforgettable genius at some point.

Actually, more Ali Dia.

But I'd try lol
