Boring in 2nd half.. Should have definitely seen out the draw though. 

 

It's quite clear the players' and Rodgers' focus is on ECL, understandably, but still expect a level of performance better than what we saw today.

Not 1 single player comes out of that game with any credit. How can you happily pick up your wage and put in that performance? 

 

I can accept lack of ability, but we just slept through that whole match against a team that could have been beat playing at 60%

That’s a disgrace of a performance. Zero intensity. That squad needs a huge clear out. Lots of the squad players are nowhere near good enough and need clearing out.

Poor since the beginning.

 

Thomas, Justin, Tielemans and Daka were pretty awful.

 

Lookman and KDH were the only ones who can say they played decent football. Poor decision to get Lookman off. Should have taken Justin off and put Ricardo in.

 

The team had too much to drink the night before. The ball was bouncing off their feet.

Weren't physical enough today. They were stronger in the tackle for the most part.

Saint Maximan is a typical small team cult hero. Stands out with his silly head band, got 1 or 2 tricks but very little end product. He won't be a regular starter next season.

We actually had an off chance to finish top 6 after other results. Now that we have lost, against Newcastle, we have written ourselves off.

Worst part for me is that, as dreadful as we were, I thought Newcastle were pathetic.

 

Two dreadful errors have got them 3 points they absolutely didn't deserve but then neither did we.

Firstly Justin is more comfortable as a left back but we refuse to play him there now, he struggled all match. We then bring Maddison on for Perez and stick him out of position on the right, doesn't gets into the game. Will that goal coming from our right side ring any alarm bells for Rodgers? Doubt it.

Tielemans was a passenger in that game but we looked like we’re playing for a draw at the end. Should have brought youri off for kel and gone for the win.

Awful game for us after such an emotional game Thursday night you’d think the players who didn’t play Thursday would have bust a gut to be in Rodgers thoughts for the Semi ( NO PUNS INTENDED so keep your dirty thoughts off this forum !!😂😂!!)
