That is absolutely shite. To throw that away against dross like that - all the hallmarks of last season. Can’t manage our way through difficult moments in the game, we ended up all over the place.
 

Didn’t look fit come the end of the game just like the start of last season.
 

Rodgers wanted 5 subs then doesn’t bother using them whilst his opposite number used his to turn the game.

 

And somehow, despite having a decent game, Amartey still manages to be shit in two key moments.

We'll never know if the result would have been different, but taking off KDH looks a bad mistake.

Had a period of 40 minutes from 20-60 mins where the pressing was good, the passing was good and there was a decent amount of intent.

 

Brentford looked awful but you can never ever count Rodgersball out. We resorted to type from 60 mins and the rest is history.

 

Wrong starting 11, wrong subs/too little subs. Same story with BR. Horrific game management. He’s not going to change he needs to go.
