Question will be how he would adapt physically both in terms of strength and pace, and whether he is unpredictable enough to attack players on either side/use his weaker foot. Low fee, low wage, high upside, good age and if it doesn't work out there's still plenty of suitors for a similar fee to what we paid. Why not change the stance and go for a player who knows English football? So far our efforts to replace Mahrez have failed. When players like Bowen go to West Ham and look like world beaters…. We need to drop this snobbery with regards to lower league players. Wouldn't mind taking a punt on him. Can you imagine how he'd feel getting a second bite of the cherry in the Prem? Could work out very well for us if we pull this off. Ric Flair Posted 10 August 2022 Share Posted 10 August 2022 Anyone comparing him to Jarrod Bowen, please take in to consideration that Bowen was scoring 15-20 a season from right wing in a crap Hull team, where as Bowler has scored less than half that last season.
