So we aren't actually linked but a website has done an article posing whether it would theoretically be a good signing for us? And this is the most exciting thing we've had in terms of incomings all summer?

We are properly finished aren't we?

Was linked months ago with him..not seen anything recently though.

Looked out for him when initially linked last year and was one of those guys where he just looked a cut above everyone on the pitch. Question will be how he would adapt physically both in terms of strength and pace, and whether he is unpredictable enough to attack players on either side/use his weaker foot.

Given we're probably going to need ~7 players next summer players like Bowler are who need as options. Low fee, low wage, high upside, good age and if it doesn't work out there's still plenty of suitors for a similar fee to what we paid.

Went to Blackpool vs Blackburn at the start of last season and he was the one that stuck out for me. Really good on the ball and always looking to drive forward and take people on. For the price and wages it's a no brainer. Little to lose

So far we’ve wasted money on “broken” players or players who have potential but have never shown it.

Why not change the stance and go for a player who knows English football? So far our efforts to replace Mahrez have failed. When players like Bowen go to West Ham and look like world beaters…. We need to drop this snobbery with regards to lower league players. He comes in and does well for a low fee… it’s an absolute no brainer for me.

Doesn't look like a bag of tricks but just seems to have that subtle drop of the shoulder that fools defenders. Looks so simple. Wouldn't mind taking a punt on him. Can you imagine how he'd feel getting a second bite of the cherry in the Prem? Could work out very well for us if we pull this off.

Anyone comparing him to Jarrod Bowen, please take in to consideration that Bowen was scoring 15-20 a season from right wing in a crap Hull team, where as Bowler has scored less than half that last season. There's a big difference.
