I do like the XI to be honest (except Iversen over Ward), but I have no faith in the way we play under Rodgers

One upfront is criminal again from Rodgers

According to twitter the likely line up is Ward - Castagne, Wout, Evans, Justin - Ndidi, KDH, Tielemans - Maddison, Daka, Barnes

I imagine it won’t be 4-3-3 and more like a diamond in the middle.

...the only player where you have used his first name!!!

The danger of there being so long between games is I'm rejuvenated in my optimism and partly ready to see if Rodgers can turn it around. Last time I felt like this was halfway through the second half against Brentford, we know how that went.

For no valid reason and despite common sense telling me otherwise I think we’ll get a result today.

I’m concerned we’ll get a result today.

I predict a no score draw.

There is absolutely no way Kane doesn't score one goal at the very least.

Could I please have some of whatever it is you're on?

I don’t want to be all doom and gloom, but, I’ve got a feeling today will be one of the worst results in our clubs history.

Believe that would be losing at home after the international break to Forest. Plus leaving us isolated at the foot of the table.

Gutted Iheanacho has been dropped for seemingly no reason again.

Scores a goal and gets benched. Classic Brendan.

Castagne on his own on the right again then

He either needs to stay back all the time or hopefully someone is expected to cover him if he goes forward otherwise Son will have a field day

I expect he will still go forward but someone will only occassionally fill into the gap he leaves meaning Son will still have a field day

I feel he's so desperate to play Barnes he just won't play 2 up front. Barnes who has been pretty terrible for a long long time can't do anything wrong according to BR but Nacho makes a difference every time he comes on but cannot start. Just mad.

Does Brendan not like Nigeria ? Genuinely concerned at the moment. What other reason could he have to not play a man who has done more in half a season for this club than Brendan has in his entire career.
