I'm kind of gutted that Faes is playing a game u der Brendan. It'd have been nice if he was fully fresh for a new manager

The danger of there being so long between games is I'm rejuvenated in my optimism and partly ready to see if Rodgers can turn it around. Last time I felt like this was halfway through the second half against Brentford, we know how that went.

Believe that would be losing at home after the international break to Forest. Plus leaving us isolated at the foot of the table.

He either needs to stay back all the time or hopefully someone is expected to cover him if he goes forward otherwise Son will have a field day

 

I expect he will still go forward but someone will only occassionally fill into the gap he leaves meaning Son will still have a field day

I feel he's so desperate to play Barnes he just won't play 2 up front. Barnes who has been pretty terrible for a long long time can't do anything wrong according to BR but Nacho makes a difference every time he comes on but cannot start. Just mad.

His refusal to give Nacho a run is nonsensical. It just makes no sense.

 

Hopefully the next manager doesn't ignore the evidence before his very eyes.

Iheanacho is our best striker and has been since the beginning of 2021. He offers more than Vardy- see his assists.

Does Brendan not like Nigeria ? Genuinely concerned at the moment. What other reason could he have to not play a man who has done more in half a season for this club than Brendan has in his entire career.
