Despite our up turn in confidence we’ll go into the Everton game with me thinking we’ll get turned over.
We should beat them really. Tbh we have a better starting 11. But I ain’t confident we will.

Out of the next 2 games this is the one we have to win. If we only win 1 of the 2 it has to be this.

We really need 3 points minimum from the next 2 matches. 4 would be excellent.

Exactly right.. People always say Goodison is like a fortress but it was anything but last season up until they scored.. As long as Brendan gets the team right, get the early goal then it’s there for the taking. 4 would be great but 6 is possible :scarf:

This squad of ours should be nowhere near the relegation zone. I know it's not healthy to hark on about what's been and done but anything but 4-6 points from these next two games isn't good enough for us. We have to head in to the World Cup break in a positive manner.

And arguably, Everton and West Ham have been horribly inconsistent this season and both there for the taking if we execute a game plan well. Both games require a good performance regardless. Was at the London stadium for the game last year and don't want anything like that again.

Be a tough game this, Everton are no mugs at home and we're still pretty gash away from home. The next 2 games represent a proper chance to see if things are picking up.

They've been lucky over the past few seasons in avoiding relegation, particularly last season.

A strange club really; over £500m pumped into them in recent seasons and yet players like Demarai Gray still gets into the starting eleven.

These lot are gash! Really really gash, all they are is a set piece threat. Coady, Tarkowski, DCL, Onana, they’ve got some big ol’ lumps but by God they are awful with an awful manager too. They are literally Burnley in a blue kit. Be great if we could stamp some authority on the game and take the lead early! Still fuming from the 2 results against these mugs last season.

...they have been a strange team, even under Moyes, it was always we have no money and Kenwright was running the show!!!

Koeman came in with what I thought was a squad of very good players and yet it was a disaster. Steve Walsh Snr. was released but I cannot say that I attribute the problems to who he brought in.

There is something just not right about the club and the DoF position needs to be looked at, as everything springs from that. Get the right man in with a plan and a road map to get there and allow him to bring in the manager he believes could achieve this and stop the money drain

Or, given that they are owned by a clown still riding on the coattails of a banned Putin crony’s Russian mining and gas money …

and they stink out the league despite outspending their local rivals on transfers, lose oceans of money every year, yet somehow stay a whisker ahead of the FFP police …

and most everything about them, down to that post-match tune, makes the entire sport cringe …

we just let them take their natural path down the toilet and flush?

Kick-starting the process with 3 points on Saturday of course.

Everton have had strong defensive form at home, but we should be able to win this.

They have the third best defensive record in the league and are tough at home, we're shocking away and their fans will be on top of us.

I will be highly surprised if we win.

We weren't shocking away in the last one.
