fuchsntf Posted 5 January 2024 Posted 5 January 2024 Enzo again tell us how he logically looks at the squad and available players… He try’s to cut out fan (FT) presumptions.and drastic changes He won’t hide players but will rest, within his considerations. All players are always on duty, must be prepared to stand back,or ready to play. Its a nice pastime on FT to go through the selection process and post reasons, but Enzo has his own thoughts and strength of conviction to the system, and sees no weaknesses. 1
fuchsntf Posted 5 January 2024 Posted 5 January 2024 I doubt even with Ndidi's injury, we will see too much transfer incoming business in the January window... 1

fox_favourite Posted 6 January 2024 Posted 6 January 2024 Is anyone else freaked out how different he looks when he shaved? He has a right baby face 1

HarryDee8 Posted 6 January 2024 Posted 6 January 2024 One thing id like for the next half of the season is fringe players getting 10 minutes at the end of the game to bed them in. Our second team need game time
Kinowe Soorie Posted 6 January 2024 Posted 6 January 2024 Rodgers signed mainly donkey’s. Enzo already appears to be unearthing gems, and massively improving what’s already here. I’m excited about what he can do here!!
foxfanazer Posted 6 January 2024 Posted 6 January 2024 Still not sure he's getting the plaudits he deserves 1

The longer he goes under the radar, the longer he will be with us and of course the more he has to prove to get those plaudits. I’m sure proper football people are taking note though. Hopefully the top Italian clubs keep their managers over the summer. 1
Popular Post BenTheFox Posted 6 January 2024 Popular Post Posted 6 January 2024 Something that I think goes under the radar is the minutes he's given to players that have come through our youth setup. He's handed out first team debuts to Stolaczyk, Marcal, Nelson and now Maswanhise. He has also given Kasey McAteer regular first team football and he would have played even more game for us had he not been injured. I think we would have also seen Will Alves and Sammy Braybrooke by now had they not just been coming back from injury. 5

Noahfence Posted 6 January 2024 Posted 6 January 2024 30th game in charge today. 24 wins & 62 goals scored 2 1
HybridFox Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 Worst game for us without a shadow of a doubt. Red card or not, that second half was a disgrace 2

CrispinLA in Texas Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 He should have red the game better....there was no point defending the lead, we should gone out all out attack trying to get a second

Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 Having only 1 fit striker and having to look after him is not ideal at all, left us with nowhere to go
FrankieADZ Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 (edited) one for Enzo to learn from imo Edited 13 January 2024 by FrankieADZ 1
South Shire Fox Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 (edited) We looked solid for 35 minutes of the second half. Fatawu cost us the game not Enzo. We were always going to struggle once we went down to 10. Cant see anyone on the bench who would of made an impact today Edited 13 January 2024 by South Shire Fox 2
Kierzz Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 Hindsight is a great thing but Enzo will recognise the formation in the second half didn't work today. I think his plans was to hold onto the ball by playing 3 CMS plus ricardo but we couldn't keep possession He also should have also probably found a way to keep Mavididi on the pitch as we aren't much of a threat with our him and fatawu on. Maybe a 4-4-1 in a deep block.

The defeat today will bring a bigger reaction than, say, Watford or Bristol City and that means more scrutiny.
