Terrible footballer but to have him playing as a second striker is setting him up to fail. His only asset is his pace (when running in straight line - any change of direction and he falls over) so you’ve gotta just get him playing on the shoulder of the last defender. 
 

We’ve got a rubbish team but the tactics are baffling at times.
